Our Music Together® class consists of children of mixed ages (birth through age five) and their parents or caregivers meet for 45 minutes each week for 10 weeks to experience original and familiar songs, rhythm rhymes, movement activities, and instrumental jam sessions. The music includes a variety of meters and tonalities.  Both adults and children participate, led by a teacher with early childhood and music skills.

Why mixed ages? Educators have long considered mixed-age grouping to be beneficial for babies as well as older children.  Our activities focus on adult-child interaction rather than child-child interaction, so children of different ages (siblings, for example) can enjoy class together.
